Carl's Jr. - Salt Lake City

Sat in drive through long enough to have to turn my car off, when I finally got to the window I wasn 't acknowledged or told to wait, after a couple minutes I asked hello? and the woman on the drive through mic said yeah, just give us a minute. I waited even longer and had to turn my car off again. After they took my order I had to wait a third time for them to prepare my food and long enough to turn off my car again. There was noone else in line and the inside was almost empty, so there 's no excuse of being busy. Very dissatisfied with the staff and a waste of gas.

Absolutely filthy! The bathroom had puke all over the sink and one of the toilets. The bathroom overall even without the vomit was pretty dirty and the whole place smells awful. Food was pretty mid at best so I leave knowing I will absolutely NOT be back at this location.

The store all the time was Good service, Good employees, Good foods , Good everything….. Always friendly and nice! Im exiting about them !! For the first time when i went to there ! Im going there always !

Tried to order on line and the website said it was down I had to order at location when I went there and ordered i was charged for two separate orders of chicken tenders but on-line it has one order for 10 pieces but in store they do it as two 5 piece orders so it cost more this has happened two different times at the same location so I guess I will not go back again I was told by the driver thru guy to call the next day and every time someone answers the phone they say they are the manager but it is always someone different the place has alot of managers now I guess it is time to post on social media so other people don't get screwed also

Joseph is a very attentive manager, very helpful and very efficient in his work, the store is kept very clean and the food is very well prepared, I specifically recommended this store where one can feel comfortable with the attention of its employees.
