Bangkok Terrace - Salt Lake City

Great food. The drunk noodles and the green curry we had were top drawers. The website indicates that they validate the parking lot at the Marriott, but that was not the case. Small price to pay for such great food.

Although I made a reservation, I didn't have to. The place was almost empty when I arrived. There.

The food and decor were great. The service was missing. Our waitress was beautiful, and the low customer service rating is not for her. During our dinner we were able to hear very loud kitchen sounds (which means that people speak loudly in the kitchen, not noise from the actual cooking). We were the only two people in the restaurant, but somehow they sent our dishes at different times. When we eat, the sound spilled into the dining room. People in street clothes (not the professional clothes in which our waitress was) who probably knew that the owners or managers or maybe someone in the kitchen were just outside in the dining room as if they were hanging in their living room. It made us very unwilling, like by paying customers, we were invading. What a quiet dinner should have been was very disturbed. We've been rushing to go. You need to remember being professional, even if there are only a few customers. If they don't, how will they get more?

Excellent food. My first choice for Thai food. A small, intimate space conducive to conversation. Pleasant (nonintrusive) background music.

Wonderful experience. The food was delicious, very generous portions and reasonably priced.
