Arby's - Salt Lake City

Their Grease is nasty and smells weird, made my son sick- had to go pick him up at school because of chicken tenders.. They sent a link for a form to fill out.. Most restaurants just blow you off.. this looks like progress, perhaps

Friendly staff, clean store. Food was SO good!! The new prime rib sandwich was AMAZING!!

I came here today. The curly fries were old and dry. My chicken slider looked like it was washed in the laundry, fried, fell under the fryer for two weeks, found, then Refried and served to me. Disgusting.

So we visit this Arby's at least three times a week and I know that's sad ???? but home on it cuz we even visit at night and the two night shift supervisors are so helpful and are so sweet actually I think there's about four I think all of them that work atnight are seemingly all she's supervisors LOL. No matter how wacky you are order is they listen they never get upset and theytake the time and the food is always excellent. If you want to know if that's a new roast don't tell you if you want to havemaybe a custom order made they'll make it for you. Today at least on the receipt Sierra is who wrote us up and all I can say tothe store manager is you are so lucky to have such responsible and nice people working your store late at night because we hadstopped coming here years ago because of well you're the manager you would know why. This is getting long-winded so I'm justgoing to end it with by far our favorite Arby's way to go girls.

Sandwich was cold and mozzarella sticks were barely above room temp. Couldn't eat the sandwich at all. Normally I love Arby's so that was an unusual experience. Staff was friendly though and the order was exactly right other than the condition and taste ofthe food. Not upset, just disappointed.
