Amelia’s Grill - Salt Lake City

This restaurant far surpassed our expectations. We stayed at the Ramada for a night while our truck was being repaired. For appetizers, we tried the stuffed mushrooms and the avocado egg rolls. The avocado egg rolls were absolutely phenomenal! The mushrooms were quite tasty as well. For our main dish, we had the Cajun chicken pasta, which was delicious and packed with chicken—enough to enjoy some with every bite of pasta! The sauce was flavorful without being overly heavy. I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here and would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a new dining spot. Our waitress, Deedee, was fantastic—she had a great attitude and brought so much joy to the experience, making it even more enjoyable!

I went to this restaurant for lunch on Saturday, July 2, 2022, and I was a bit hesitant about the food after reading some reviews. However, I decided to try the Cajun Pasta, and it was absolutely incredible. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and there was an abundance of chicken—so much so that I hardly had room for anything else! I also added mushrooms, and the sauce was just right: creamy without being too heavy, with the perfect level of spices. The dish was accompanied by some delicious Parmesan bread. While I'm not sure if everything on the menu is this good, I also had a baked potato that was quite nice. Overall, I have to say that the Cajun Pasta was amazing!

I had a really tough day. Our waiter, Heidi, was great. Being from the South, I asked if they had sweet tea, but unfortunately, they don't serve it. However, they offered to make a drink that reminded me of the "nectar of the southern gods." It brought me back to my mother's Sunday dinner table. I highly recommend that anyone visiting the area stop by and experience the kindness and rewards of good hospitality.

Seriously. The filled mushrooms should die. Even and grandmother had the pastas. Cajun chicken and chicken parmesan. Sauce is clear from scratches and excellent. Heidi's service was very refreshing after a long day of travel. I'll be back when I get back in the area.

Wonderful environment very inviting. Servers are very friendly and absolutely a joy to talk with. Food was amazing. Stuffed mushrooms are a must have. Beer is cold and prices are great!
