Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Had bad service with one guy there and the smoothie was made poorly.

I'm an essential worker that comes to this tropical smoothie at least 3x a week and spend my hard earned cash. I stop in today to use the rest room (side note all of the employees knows me from coming in weekly I was in a hurry today and needed a public rest where I felt safe to use and was told I couldn't use the rest room if I'm not a paying customer and was told that I had to buy something to use the rest room. I just was in there yesterday morning like I am every other morning get a smoothie and couldn't use to rest room today bc I wasn't buying anything well u guy's just lost a loyal customer I will not spend another one of my hard earned dollars at this location 23 Gratiot poor service

I bought a strawberry and banana smoothie yesterday it was good yummy. I will get it again. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Great service every time! My orders are always correct and delicious. Service is always friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere!

The young women working were incredible yesterday. The smoothies were great. Only reason I’m giving it only 3 stars is because the poor employees are working with zero AC. It was so hot in there. No big deal as a customer. I’m grabbing my smoothie and leaving. But he employees are stuck in this!!! Hope this is just a temporary situation that is being rectified quickly by the owner.
