I'm gonna have to go. cannot pick up inward (was very rude when I was asked about the instructions of the app) and the running gear thru line was ridiculous. barely moved, took me forever to just move a few cars. tür dash gives them only so much time to get. Someday I left the line and tried to go into the window to help and the first girl that came apparently was the general manager, told me her name was gg, but I guess they just gave me a name and lost it on me immediately. the second dame that came up and helped me further without being heated or a posture. I didn't try to be a pain, but I only have so much time when I take the order. If they do not have a separate collection to handle online orders, then Wendy’s should not be available on the app. obviously they are overwhelmed with the drive alone, as the lobby is closed.
I haven't ever had a bad experience with the quality of food at this Wendy's, I have to give them that. But the length of wait on line at the drive-through is almost always ridiculous, regardless of how many cars are in line, and the workers there aren't usually the friendliest either. It's just a rush rush, here's your food, next car please mentality. That's the kind of thing that leads to wrong orders or messed up orders.
