Taco Bell - Salisbury

ITypically, I’m not a fan of thin crust pizza, but I absolutely love hers! The sauce is fantastic, and every topping is just right. The waitstaff assisted us with our order and even brought my little grandchild at a reasonable price. Overall, it’s a wonderful family-friendly restaurant!

The Togo window is usually open, but it wasn't today, and there was no sign indicating that. Instead of giving us a clear message, they waved their arms at us. One of the staff even shouted "OMG" loudly enough for us to hear through the door. They mentioned they were just handling some things and had 10 cars in line.

Without a doubt, this is the worst Taco Bell/KFC I’ve ever encountered. I’ve lived in this area for four years and not once have they gotten my order right on the first try. The service is incredibly slow. While some of the staff members are friendly and clearly trying their best, there are others who are quite rude and seem unwilling to interact with the many customers who come in after receiving incorrect orders through the drive-thru. I’ve traveled from North Carolina to Canada and have eaten at countless places in between, but this location is by far the most disappointing fast food experience I've ever had. I tried to keep my review polite, but I must admit, this is the kindest feedback I can offer while still being truthful.

Everytime I come to this location they are always lined up. Orders take a very long time, and they almost ALWAYS get the order wrong.

Never ever go hear even if you are starving. Waited 30 minutes, the only people there at 10pm. The employees are messing around and laughing, no rush what so ever. After waiting 30 minutes when I saw food I didnt care to check. I just wanted to leave. Get home, not a single thing of the 4 items I ordered and waited 30 minutes for was correct. This location is absolute trash with trash employees. The one in downtown salisbury is much better.
