Contribuiți la feedbackThe manager Al got an attitude with me because they couldn't find my order. Stood patiently by the Rapid Pick-Up shelf as directed by the app. After about 10 mins of standing there (in which time Al looked at me twice and never said a word), a young lady asked me the name. I gave her the first and last name. She said it would be a few mins. That is when Al approaches and is instantly acting like I'm in the wrong and very rude! He asked if I was sure the order was for today. I gave him the order number and then showed him the confirmation email. He took my phone from me and made the order. I asked for some bread because the app said they were out, and we had to order chips. He acted as if I had asked for the whole meal free. He only said he was sorry and didn't know what happened. When I arrived home, I realized he did not give me the bread bowl we paid for. I called to let him know and let him know I didn't appreciate his rudeness. He hung up on me. I called back to ask for his bosses number, and he told me I could come up to the store, but he wasn't giving me anything. I will be calling Corporate tomorrow!
Great place to eat. Not rushed out the door. A great place to sit and converse.
Normally I would give Panera five out of five stars. This shop, not so much. Relies on self service ordering. No customers waiting, few seated. Two employees out front, one waiting with buspan. One employee briefly appeared, then returned to kitchen. Menu doesn't seem to allow us to take ingredients out of entrees, only add. No one at front to ask, so we opted for simple sandwiches. Paid, waited maybe 20 minutes. Other customers enter, order, pay. Bagged order brought to heat lamps. We wondered if it could be ours, asked, no, told our order was at the back counter, on the other side of the front end. Irritated by wait and no heads up about completed order, at home, my sandwich was nothing like previous exp. I ordered ciabatta bread, got sub roll instead. Contents of sandwich less than half what I was given on previous visits to other stores, for same price-$9. Very disappointed in food and service but maybe its just an individual store problem. I will never go to this Panera again.
I visit Panera a lot when I’m on the road for business. This is the fastest I have received my food in an order from the Kiosk . Amazing staff and kitchen. Great job guys.Vegetarian options: The green goddess and the warm Mediterranean’s bowls are delicious.
About a month ago I stopped here because my wife wanted to run in and get a coffee. After about five minutes she came back out empty handed. She said she stood at the counter and none of the employees even acknowledged her presence, so she turned and left. I stopped in here today to get coffee and a couple of bagels. The dark roasted coffee was on the weak side, and the everything bagels were puny. I had my coffee and bagels inside at a table. I was a fairly regular customers at this Panera when it was at its original location, which was a little farther south from its current location. The former store had much more character and the feel of a neighborhood coffee shop. This place is missing that feel and seems more corporate. The two females behind the counter seemed more interested in gabbing with each other, a conversation that could be heard out on the floor of the store. Today being December 6, less than three weeks before Christmas, the Christmas decorations were sparse and as is the case in many businesses, the music they had playing wasn't Christmas or even pleasant music, but music that I would bet was more suited for a few of the employees' pleasure. Many employees figure if they have to work there for four to six hours, they're going to listen to the music they want to hear, and not put on music that will entice customers to stay longer and spend more. It's surprising the manager of this store doesn't realize the uptick in in store sales the store would realize if he/she made this a warm and welcoming store. Also, it wouldn't hurt the store's appeal if someone brought in a leaf blower and blew the leaves and debris that are lying against the curbing surrounding the store.
