Ikebana - Salisbury

Our favorite restaurant! We've been dining here almost since it opened, and we've never been disappointed. It’s our go-to place for sushi, and the rest of the menu is just as delicious. The food is high quality, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff and owners are always gracious and attentive, ensuring an excellent dining experience. We used to live in the Salisbury area, but now we make the drive in from Millsboro. It’s the best Japanese and Korean restaurant around!

The best sushi and sashimi you can find. Simply amazing.

Q, the server, is amazing! You should definitely visit Ikebana just for him. I should mention that I'm not a fan of sushi, yet I ended up enjoying only sushi during my visit. I was truly shocked and impressed. I've tried other places with very little success, but the chefs here really excel at what they do!

Food and atmosphere were outstanding. Service was a bit on the slow side, but that could have been due to the fact it was close to closing time, that's why the 4 star, so that's not to bad in my book. As far as the price, the price was actually really good as well. Will definitely go again. Well worth the wait.

Some of the beat sushi I have ever had. Every kind of roll I've had has always been fresh, and almost too pretty to eat! (Hehe) They have some tasty apps like tempura shrimp and edamame, and plenty large too.
