Evolution Taproom Pizzeria - Salisbury

Service is always wonderful and the food is easily the best in town. Lovely atmosphere and the appetizers are amazing. Definitely try the pretzel sampler and truffle fries. I would also recommend asking about the special as the primal dishes are always great. I always go here for special occasions as it is a little pricier.

Our first visit here was suggested by a friend. We had a great time sampled the many selections of beverages chose from the dinner menu. It did not disappoint. One year later here we are again. We ordered the Scallop Gnocchi and the Seafood Imperial. The flavor profiles are fantastic here. Thank you chef! Also thank you too our server, Tahli.

I've been coming here since it opened. It's always a good time and the food is always great. Beers are good and staff is friendly. Never had a bad meal here.

Outdoor bartender was fantastic -she had been working there a long while and her pro level cust service -showed it.

The guys at the bar were awesome. Friendly, fast, and made sure our food was perfect. Crab dip with pretzels with a good beer.
