Evolution Public House - Salisbury

EVO's beer has always been fabulous over the years. However our first experience going to the Public House was excellent. The menu and beer were just great. Lisa is the best. She is a totally professional restaurant host with a positive attitude. She made fantastic recommendations on the food. The clams with the paprika broth was so tasty. The creme brulee was awesome. The chicken wings were fabulous with the blue cheese. Totally wonderful time!

Love the food and our waitress, Lisa, was excellent! Will be returning many more times!!!

We usually visit Evo to see and hear Ray Holiday perform; he was outstanding, as usual. Our waitress, Haley was awesome and the food was good. All in all—a delightful time. Thank you!

Good beer. Great clam app. Near tasteless brisket sandwich. server hurried on follow ups. no refills offered on iced tea.

Thanksgiving buffet had no roasted or fried white meat turkey, only fried dark. Sage oyster stuffings were mushy. None of the food was hot. Poor dessert selection -bread pudding was atrocious but sweet potato pie was great..
