Dunkin' - Salisbury

As always. Good coffee and great bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps. The folks who work the drive thru are very nice and friendly.

Despite my girlfriend mistakenly ordering the wrong items twice, the coffee was excellent and the staff were kind enough to rectify the errors. We didn’t feel comfortable asking them to fix it more than once, though, as we didn't want to create a scene.

The service was quick and the drinks were good. The pumpkin donuts were great (of course! . We were on vacation and needed a quick pick me up and DD definitely helped. The only thing we didn't like was that they didn't use the liquid sugar cane, so thedrink just ended up with a lot of sugar at the bottom.

If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. I waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru just for a black coffee. During that time, one employee was loudly yelling, screaming, and swearing, clearly having a great time while we were left waiting. It was the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen at a Dunkin' location.

We arrived just before closing on a Saturday night, and the man working there was fantastic. He not only took our order promptly but also gave us an extra donut or two due to a problem with one of the machines and the fact that there were plenty left. This thoughtful gesture was more than we expected, and we truly appreciated it, especially after our long drive home following a day of adventure with the kids.
