The steamed rice wasn’t ready, so they offered to fry some up for me, which I happily accepted. Nothing was overly salty or sweet. The staff was attentive and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I was satisfied with my order, which I really appreciated. The restaurant also took COVID safety measures seriously and maintained a very clean environment. You can see into the kitchen when you go to the counter to pick up your food, and I was impressed by how organized and tidy everything was. It’s clear that these folks take pride in their work. Having just moved from New Orleans, we were eager to find good food, and this place exceeded our expectations for classic American Chinese cuisine. We’re looking forward to returning to New China and highly recommend that you give it a try!

The individual man's dinner consisted of chicken sticks, two egg rolls, and a soup. I always find their food enjoyable. It's traditional American Chinese cuisine, served in generous portions.

The portions for dinner are generous enough to easily provide a meal for the next day as well. The General Tso's chicken is excellent. I also tried the Cab lamp appetizer, which was delicious. The staff was friendly, and I was impressed with their COVID safety measures. I would definitely dine here again.

Your Wonton soup id LOADED with large MEATY soldiers!!!! The broth looks darker than other places oh so DELICIOUS!!!!!!

The pork lomien is outfreaking standing. Wait times are not terrible. Call ahead fixes that. Nice friendly looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu
