Starbucks - Salinas Ca

Terrible location. Desinterested staff and the first Starbucks I have ever been to that does not have a restroom.Also my drink was 90% ice and barely any coffee on all 3 of our cold

They got the drinks wrong for the group in front of me. After a lengthy wait they proceeded to get my drink wrong as well. Not a good Starbucks...

Great service, always makes my coffee perfect be it a mobile order or drive thru order. Everyone is super friendly.

They did away w/ the restrooms because of transients using it and leaving it dirty.

It’s so hard to get decent customer service at Starbucks locations in Salinas. The manager or employee who welcomed me surely went above and beyond to make my Starbucks experience a pleasant one. I would like Starbucks locations to prioritize in-person orders over lazy mobile orders.
