Worst hamburger I saw in my 68 years, a peice of dry meet in a baby bun, no veggies or sauces. It was ti go and didn't see it till I got home ... shame on you

Maybe it was just the holiday season that made this place nuts when I stopped by, or maybe it is always like this. I was stuck in line for an hour the other day, just waiting to order. The line literally didn't give a single car space for 55 minutes. After 70 minutes, I went inside and waited another 20 minutes in line. I don't know what the issue was, but something was slowing them down. But I could see all the other fast food places moving normally, just not McDonald's.

I drove up to the drive through they forgot to put the Big Mac in the bag!! I called but I said hamburger so Amanda made a big deal because I said hamburger on the phone when in reality it was a Big Mac! So Amanda made a big deal about that when I drove there again with my receipt!! I told her it was fine just charge me again because I felt embarrassed because they had a line! At the end she did give me the meal but I think this should have been handled differently!
