Burger King - Salinas Ca

I order a two cookies and I wanted them fresh cuz the ones they had were hard. So they told me it was going to take 10 minutes I was there for over half an hour FOR TWO COOKIES the employes there didn't put the cookies in the oven when they were told too. Bad service there I wouldn't recommend it and the employee were laughing like if it was a joke.

I have waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, horrible service. They don't care at all about peoples time.

Today my family ordered from this Burger King location from Grubhub and I think this Burger King location's employees deserve an award medal for the wonderful food they served us. My parents were very happy with their Whoppers and my hamburger tasted marvelous and my fries were so fresh and I myself was impressed at how fast Grubhub delivered our meal. I think out of all the Burger King locations in Salinas this location is now our favorite Burger King and my family will continue to eat here whenever we can

Closes early often and sometimes no one answers for about 5 min at a time ?

First time here at this location Came here early morning as I was dropping a kid off at school Not my kid either btw lol I was told she likes to eat breakfast at Burger King before she gets dropped off sooo here I go doing just thatDrive thru was easy No line Ordering was easy Food came out fast and seemed fresh (as in just made) The venue on the outside was clean No garbage or clutter Customer service was good Apple Pay accepted
