I drove 2.5hr to Salinas, to visit my sister and she took me here. OMG!!!! Friendly service, good atmosphere, the menu.... hold on to your taste buds. HUGE menu and I found that they will modify or make any roll you want. Makeup your own roll and get it posted on the wall maybe even get it on the menu. If you are ever in Salinas I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I've been told they even do Korean food? If your in the area go, you won't regret it. If you want sushi in a pinch this is the place but I like a meal to go with my sushi. The bento boxes leave a lot to be desired. I am old school when flap meat was used for the beef, it used to be so juicy but now it's a lower grade beef so very tough. The chicken is thigh meat so hard to over cook but it is.
