Saigon Noodles - Salinas

The food and service were outstanding. The wait time for our meals was incredible; we received our orders shortly after placing them. They ensured we lacked nothing, making sure we had everything we needed.

The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. Recently, we were on the hunt for a quick bowl of noodles and discovered this spot, which turned out to be perfect for our needs. I ordered the banh mi (sandwich), while others opted for soup. Everything was incredibly fresh.

Saigon Noodles in Salinas has been serving customers for five years, and it truly stands out for its cleanliness and pleasant, simple decor. The staff members were not only friendly but also accommodating, eager to customize our orders to suit our preferences. The drink selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of options available, both with and without Boba. I particularly enjoyed the Thai Iced Tea, and our waitress kindly adjusted my Peach Iced Tea to make it less sweet. The Mango and Papaya salad was excellent—just the right balance of flavors, and the portion was generous. One of their signature dishes is the Garlic Noodles, which we definitely plan to try on our next visit. Overall, the food was delicious, fresh, and served in large portions, with a lovely presentation. Enjoy your meal!

I dined here for the first time on a Sunday in that gap between lunch and dinner. The place wasn't crowded, which gave it a relaxed vibe, and the service was incredibly quick. Our shrimp and pork spring roll appetizer arrived just a minute after we ordered. They waited until we were nearly done before serving our medium bowls of pho. The broth was flavorful, and there was plenty of meat in the dish. I'm definitely looking forward to returning to try their pork vermicelli and banh mi, along with some other menu items.
