Chef Lee's Mandarin House Ii - Salinas

I can't say this place has an edible Chinese food. This is my first time in this place and will be my last. I am really shocked this restaurant would sell this food to a customer! The Chicken Chow-My I ordered was soggy, slim and has little to no vegetables or chicken in it. The orange chicken I received was certainly not orange chicken, and it had no orange fruits or taste on it. The food tasted incredible bland. I guarantee that part of the food microwave and certainly not freshened. Also, when I called, I was told that my food would be ready in 25 minutes, I got the place 30 minutes later, just to say 15 minutes more wait because my food was simply cooked. During this time I noticed that two families were sitting and later said to go because they were close to closing. This is absurd and management should be embarrassing. If you are looking for authentic Chinese food, save your money and go somewhere else.

I've been going to this restaurant for seven years. Since 2016 my husband Ronnie has brought me to this wonderful place and we always enjoy a good evening with food and drinks?. Now the service can improve something, but we still enjoyed the evening. Thank you?

The food here was good. Egg rolls were subpar and muddy, but that was good. The Chicken Chow mine came out quickly and filled. Did the rest come home?????????? Digitally speaking there should be an online menu or website, and the business should also be claimed on Google. The manager, super nice guy, had already suggested it to the owner, but they won't move it for some reason. Shame! The manager knows what he's talking about.

The food was good, but the service was very slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed and had trouble managing the tables efficiently. However, once they took our order, everything moved quickly.

I was disappointed with the food quality at this restaurant, especially considering the prices. The staff was friendly, but the only dish I enjoyed was the wonton soup. Despite being hungry, I left feeling unsatisfied. I prefer authentic Chinese food and this restaurant did not meet my expectations. The location may be nice, but that doesn't necessarily mean the food will be good. I won't be returning.
