Seraphim Bread - Salina

This charming bakery and breakfast/lunch spot is a hidden gem in Salina. I tried the pastrami sandwich with fresh rye bread, which was delicious. The butternut squash soup also blew me away - it's now my new favorite soup and I wish I could eat it all the time. Don't miss out on this place if you're in the area! It's located less than a block away from Homewood Suites, with a side entrance that could be easily overlooked. But trust me, it's definitely worth a visit!

Delightful experience! Had the beet bahn mi and it was excellent! Will be making follow up visits to further explore the menu! Cozy indoor space with maybe a dozen seats. Seating just outside too. Doesn't appear to have a storefront on Santa Fe. Main entrance is off a little alley way. So I'm sure I've walked right by dozens of times. Hours are limited to breakfast and lunch. Outside of sammies, they sell their bread, scones, sweet rolls, etc. Highly recommend you check them out!

So good! Initially, I was a little skeptical of the daily special ? pickled beets cucumbers aren't something I've had before. But I took the staff's word for it, and by golly they were right. It was delicious! I also picked up some blackberry pastries and quinoa bread, along with some of the hummus they were using on the daily special. It was all amazing. I will definitely stop here each time I'm in town!

Amazing local bakery. I went and bought a bunch of different goods and I wish I bought more. Definitely going back for more.

I have been to many sandwich shops in town, but this place is hands down the best. It was my second visit and once again, the flavors blew me away! The combination of bread and meat is so perfect that I didn't even need any condiments on my sandwich. Don't miss out on the incredible taste - make sure to come here!
