Carlos O'kelly's - Salina

- I went to the restaurant with my family and ordered the vegetarian gluten-free fajitas, as well as a Long Island cocktail. The flavors were excellent and the service was very attentive. The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious.

There were two orders of chips and two cheese dips. We took them home and one of the chip bags was only about half full, while the other was only 1/4 full. They mentioned that they were going by weight, but it seems like we were shorted on our order.

We waited for an hour for a table for nine people, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. We didn't see any large tables available, yet it took them a long time to seat us.

We haven't been here for a while. I ordered the seafood enchiladas with black beans and lime and Zilantro rice. I had a top shelf patron silver margarita with salt. and of course some queso, salsa and chips. it was delicious.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone who does not like to cook. this place would be good to go if they were really hungry. I appreciate this restaurant 5 stars.
