Barolo Grille - Salina

I recently ate at Barolo Grille for the first time. I had the Fried Green Tomatoes, Classic Beef Burgundy, and Brussel Sprouts. An abundance of things stood out to me from the service to the atmosphere to the cuisine. All were top notch. The service was above and beyond. The waitress went out of her way to both establish a relationship and made sure our needs were being met and assisted us in ordering food that was best suited to our individual tastes. There was very little wait time for the food. The food was hot, delectable and flavorsome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The only problem with the cuisine is deciding what to order. The menu provides for a multitude of options in order to compile the perfect entree for any individual. The manager goes out of his way to make each customer feel welcome, important, and valued. Barolo Grille is my new favorite place to go. I highly recommend you check it out and experience it for yourself!

We tried Barolo for Happy Hour from 3-6 pm and the small plates and drinks were fantastic! Kaysi was our bartender and waitress-she was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! Definitely will stop again when in Salina!

Service was great. They stayed on top of the drinks with refills, food came out significantly fast, and the restaurant was very clean and tidy! The bathrooms were very clean as well.

On a random trip through Salina KS, we enjoyed dinner here based on a recommendation from a local. Lovely bistro with wood and stone accents, extensive menu, delicious food (yes, the ingredients were great but the sauce and seasonings were just as delicious and really made the dish , attentive wait staff (kudos to Carly! and intriguing bar options (say YES to the Empress Gin . Highly recommend this gem! Good job, Barolo!!

Wonderful gem in Salina! The food was great, the atmosphere was super cozy and nice, and the service was even better. Jessica was our server and she was super helpful, gave great recommendations on food choices, and we had a great experience! Good wines, great steaks, I would highly recommend!
