Arby's - Salina

Wow! A big thank you to Wes, our server, and the kitchen staff for providing some of the fastest service I've ever experienced. I had barely just sat down, and they were already ready to serve us!

The food here was disappointing. Instead of focusing on quantity, I wish they had prioritized quality. Paying $17 for just two sandwiches isn't exactly a bargain, so there's really no justification for it. After just a couple of bites, I ended up tossing them in the trash and opted for a tuna sandwich from the convenience store next door. This was our first and last visit to Arby’s.

A typical Arby's experience with no issues to report. This particular location is situated within a Love's truck stop.

I even shared how great my experience was with the young man, on the evening shift, with his Manager. Keep up the good work guys!

I politely requested that my lemonade be served without ice when placing my food order. To my surprise, the employee informed me that it is against corporate policy to fulfill such a request. I couldn't help but recall that other Arby's locations have always accommodated my preference for no ice, leading me to question the veracity of his statement.
