Starlight - Saligao

We visited starlight as a friend recommended it. Food was decent but service was extremely slow. The waiters have so much attitude and are unwilling to serve you even on less crowded days. The waiter flatly refused when we asked for boiled eggs saying that they make it fresh and we should've ordered earlier. I almost felt guilty for ordering food here. It took a bit of escalation for him to bring us 2 boiled eggs and that too he was cribbing about it. The ambience is great, there is live music and a beautiful view, the food is good albeit overpriced but the waiters are ruining it for them. If they keep up with their attitude, this place will soon lose its charm. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Best restaurant at Anjuna road, Goa. Best butter chicken, shrimps, chicken tikka, biryani,... . Just ask the waiters what 's good and tell them what you like. Waiter Nani searved us very well !! A must try in Goa !

Slowest service and most boring waiters . Staff was behaving like you will be eating for free at the restaurants or they don't want to be there . Food was another disaster. Sweet Chicken chilly - tasteless fried rice. Fish was not fresh and made with such a lame attempt that i could not even finish one piece out of the platter.

This place is on the road from calangutte to anjuna beach .Nice small place nothing much hyped just go there for sea food and a drink. When we walked in we were told by a family leaving the restaurant not to have food here since its not good. Still, I asked the waiter there what might be the reason for that. He told they were not satisfied with what vegetarian dishes they had ordered. I just told the person that we would still believe him and risk a dinner at his place and asked him to prove the family wrong .this might have been a injection for him he went all the way from suggesting to advising and catering us with the best of sea food preparation at their place. All too good it was we relished it. Even the chicken vindaloo was too good. He won our heart by the time we left . Nice place to eat fish.. Bar attached so good to have a drink too.. Will visit again given an chance...

Me and my friends ordered for fish thalis and prawns curry fish fry and many more things it took them a little time to get the ordered but I was worth waiting The food was really too yummy very delicious the authentic Goan cuisine is served at this restaurant one of the best place to visit I must say
