Uptown Grill - Salida

During a trip through Colorado, my friend and I stumbled upon this hidden gem! I had the most incredible pork chop, topped with jalapeño marmalade and accompanied by five perfectly seasoned sweet potatoes. The meal was so outstanding that I even named my motorcycle "Pork Chop" in tribute to the Uptown Cafe! It was absolutely fantastic! Although I live in Ohio and may not get the chance to return soon, it’s definitely worth the journey.

Unbelievable! I'm planning a trip from Denver just to eat here again. The unique lowland dishes featuring quail and shrimp wowed my Southern dinner companion, and the apple salad with Wagyu beef was truly satisfying. The vanilla crème brûlée was the best I've ever had! The service was exceptional as well.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The pesto grilled groupers, garlic potatoes, grilled asparagus, and tomato butter sauce are simply divine! The customer service is fantastic as well.

Southern influence red eye engraving, shrimps and grits and more. The crispy chicken is pretty good, like the sea bass special. The Polnta goat cheese app was as good as a start as the cream brulee was like the finish. Excellent presentation.

Staff was great, food was mostly good. The salmon and polenta was delicious, the maple butternut squash was aldente and a bit peppery, the mac and cheese was a hit, bread was good, rib eye steak was good, chips were good. Fried chicken was bland.
