Re Mauri - SALERNO

Great wine, food and service. Beautiful terrace and knowledgeable sommelier. They gave me a menu with no prices, but my male partner one with... incredibly sexist. Had a good time other than that!! Love the decor.

The food is good here. It has layers of quality and style, but the service had less to be desired. The sommelier was quick to point to local products, but didn't listen or advise based on preferences. Small touches were whisked or slapped onto the table, they doted carefully over water and wine, but I didn't feel serving the food had the same love or attention. Overall you can expect a single star level of quality, but it wasn't a place I would return to or excitedly tell my friends about.

Siamo stati a cena per celebrare il nostro 27 ° anniversario di matrimonio, che per dire semplicemente indimenticabile sera, bella posizione con vista sul golfo di salerno, personale altamente professionale e servizio impeccabile per quello che riguarda il menu, si può solo dire che la stella è più che meritati complimenti per lo chef e la sua brigata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Bel ristorante sulla costa, sulla strada che conduce da vietri a salerno (1 km da Vietri.) Vista mozzafiato sul mare, personale cordiale e professionale. Ottima cantina (ma prezzi molto elevati.) Abbiamo preso il menu da 100 euro, ed è stata una bella esperienza gastronomica, certamente da ripetere (vedi foto.) Lo mettiamo dentro, per quanto possiamo votare, quasi cinque palle.

I had a wonderful time here. The food was absolutely delicious, it gave me literal foodgasms. The staff was lovely, so ready to help with everything. And as a plus, the view from the terrace is breathtaking.
