Drifters Grill - Salem Lakes

Ordered a medium rare burger from them last night and when I got my burger they must of just seared the outside because everything inside was completely raw. Was medium rare it was definitely just rare. I spent $40 in total for my families meal and if I’m paying $40 for 3 burgers I expect it to be cooked the way I asked.

Food is okay. If the bartenders don't know you, it's an adventure to get their attention. I usually overtip but they'll never know. Plain dive bar. Cliquey. There's many other wisco bars that are much friendlier.

Good company, good food and a waiter wanting to please!

Burgers were amazing! And the BLT was fantastic! Service was great!
