Firehouse Subs - Salem

The food was mediocre at best. But a few things I noticed. In the past, they would bring your order to your table when it was finished and also they would pack any order in containers. I'm sure it creates a lot of garbage and loss of profit.

The number of $20 foods was old and rude staff. place was quite dirty

The hook and the ladder was great and the Italian and NewYork steamer justify the use of the word awsome! Friendly staff and very clean place.

Very expensive for what you get. $25 for a small 4 and a medium 6 with 2 drinks. Soggy rolls, wild salad. Iced Tee was good.

They need to learn how to answer the phone. Tried for over an hour to call in an order. Guess they don't need the business. Ended up going to bojangles. Lots of places in town more eager to have your business. Have had numerous problems from this place including being told you can't have extra pickle even if you offer to pay for it by their manager with the teardrop tattoo. The place really needs restructuring. Would not recommend if you're hungry though.
