The Shack Grill - Salem

The staff at this restaurant were extremely impolite. We ordered drinks and then played three games of pool. We were given a menu when we first arrived, but they only wanted to take our food order after we finished playing pool. They rushed us to order before we could even start our first game, and then never returned to help us for an hour and a half. We paid for our drinks and left without eating. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Nikki is an exceptional bartender and makes the most delicious bacon cheeseburger I've ever had!

Eating is not as good as it is a year ago. I feel like I'm homeable that I love, gone?.

The food is delicious, but the service is a bit slow. There is a person in charge of both the bar and the tables. The restaurant was also packed with customers.

This place was awesome.. top karaoke equipment great sound and KJ. Crowd was light hearted friendly. Clean not a hint of ghetto.. love this place wish it was closer to home.. but definitely going to be on my list to hit regular. Worth the drive ?
