Starbucks - Salem

Thank you Starbucks for always delivering the best PSL ???? West Salem batistas have always been nice and haven't messed up any drinks.

I stopped going to this location because I've had dozens of terrible experiences with the coffee. Went there today because it was convenient and got the worst cold brew I've ever had. I would honestly prefer to drink a cup of black coffee and I'm not even sure how you make a pumpkin cream cold brew taste so awful. Please start making the drinks the way you're supposed to. Anymore this location varies how much cream they put in the cold brews by wild amounts and it's just a complete waste of money for me.

Batistas were very helpful and attentive when I waited a bit for my food. Asked my name (I ordered ahead) and made sure to check on my order to get it to me quickly. Always friendly here and I get my orders in a timely manner!

Starbucks is great, even tho its the new McDonald's.

This is my 2ND favorite Starbucks location after the closure of the Liberty Plaza location. The staff are friendly, and have almost never had any problems here. The one exception is with mobile ordering. Other locations I've been to call out that a mobile order is ready, this one does not. I waited over 15 minutes assuming they'd call it out only to find out I'd been waiting for no reason. So if you do a mobile order just go up to the pickup counter and let them know your there to pick up a mobile order.
