Sisters Irish Bistro - Salem

I ordered the Guinness fish and chips and the whiskey peach cobbler. The fish was so over fried that they were almost black. They were supper greasy and I couldn't taste any Guinness. The fries were cold and soggy. The peach cobbler was made with canned cling peaches. The cobbler was cold and gummy. There was no flavor of any kind. The entire meal went into the garbage. I am a newer customer and have fallen in love with this place. You cannot find very many family owned restaurants these days and I hope they stay forever! Absolutely fabulous. In Salem on business. I place a take out order. I couldn't decide between Irish shepherd's pie and bangers and mash so I had a little bit of each. Five star all the way !
