Sbarro - Salem

I order through Grubhub and the order was completely wrong and they still charged me instead of calling me and saying they don’t have Stromboli or baked ziti or Mac n cheese they just sent plain pasta and sauce on side

A very tasty slice. I know this place gets some hate, but it really wasn’t that bad. I’ve had worse, and I just might get a slice again.

Sbarro’s customer service sucks. i would give them a 0 star, but unfortunately that’s not possible, so i give them a 1. i went to order 4 slices of cheese pizza and the employee was awfully rude and made us wait over 20 minutes to get pizza. employees are too busy talking to each other to do their job. will not be returning. ?

I have been to this place 3 times and the 3 times I had the same girl being extremely rude to me. The cashier with glasses and light brown or something hair is so disrespectful and rude. Sbarro is going to fall so bad because they don’t take care of those rude workers. She is rude to the elderly and literally everyone who goes there. Do better sbarro
