Oniyatai Ramen - Salem

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and it is definitely worth 150%! The noodles are cooked perfectly and the broths are extremely flavorful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The ramen at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! It was some of the best ramen I've had. The noodles were thinner but had the perfect bite, and the broth was very flavorful. I personally ordered the spicy Shioyu ramen and finished every last drop of the broth because it was so good. The dish was presented beautifully and every component tasted like high quality ingredients. I highly recommend trying their ramen!

This ramen is truly exceptional and I have no desire to go anywhere else. In my opinion, it is the best ramen in Oregon. I appreciate that everything is made from scratch, including the ramen noodles. If you enjoy authentic cuisine, I highly recommend stopping by to try their food!

Love the food here. Craft made ramen from scratch definitely not something you find in most ramen shops. Spicy miso had great flavor and the toppings were allperfect and matched well with the bowl. The noodles were one of the highlights of the bowl and left me wanting more. The donburi rice bowl was great as well! Don't miss out on this unique spot!
