You guys need to need to update your hours of operation. According to your site you’re supposed to be open until 2am, yet it’s not even 12am and y’all are closed.

How do you mess up a simple rice bowl? All I got was equivalent to a tariyak chicken soup and the joe joes we ice cold ruined my dinner never order From here they need to be shut down!

I pulled up to drive thru and patiently waited my turn to order a sourdough jack meal no pickle Xlarge curly fries choc shake for my friend and I would like a junior bacon jack, 3 stuffed jalapenos for me with ranch and a choc shake as well. The order taker was female and told me , no shakes the machines clean. Ok, 2 Xtra large hi c punch drinks instead. She kept interrupting me, seemed annoyed with me and must have said is that all? A hundred times before she said you can pull forward now I could definitely tell they wanted to close.I finally said I guess so, sorry. Then the back door opened and an employee came out and put a sign on the ground behind my car. I 'm assuming it said closed because 2 more cars pulled up and the one immediately behind me went and knocked on that back door and said ' they are missing a lot of orders if they close early and I smiled thinking the employees probably had a party to get to as rude as she had been. I looked at my phone and it was 11:42pm and it was starting to rain. When my turn at the window came up, I handed her my card and she walked off and didn 't tell me my total or anything, she wasn 't missing a beat about loudly talking with someone I will assume was the cook about somebody named Amanda and how she had told the order taker that she should have been prepared and that people couldn 't just walk in the back door and walk around in the kitchen and how she was supposed to have stopped that person and it better not happen again and she said how am I supposed to stop hungry people from coming in here and she looked at me, I asked for my receipt then she handed me my drinks then our food. I asked if there was ranch in the bag for the fries and stuffed jalapenos and she said yes and here 's two straws for those drinks too. I said thank you and have a good night. And drove home . When I was getting out of car and picked up the bag I thought oh no this is way too small of a bag to hold 2 burgers, curly fries, jalapenos and ranch. My friend immediately looked up the number to your store and we all tried to call the store because we were missing the curly fries and 2 poppers and I knew I was too tired and hungry to drive all the way back into to town just to meet a locked door and closed restaurant. And no receipt plus this was the third time we have tried to get jacks shakes here and the machine is always down, even in 100° degree weather. Thanks for a lousy late dinner
