Dutch Bros. Coffee - Salem

I ordered a Sugar-Free Iced Mocha with a few modifications. I have been a customer for 15 years. Unfortunately, even after it was remade twice, the drink was still incorrect - too light and too milky. However, the young man who took my order was wonderful! Despite the drink mishap, I will maintain my rating for this establishment thanks to the exceptional service I received from the staff. I had a great conversation with one of the gentlemen working there, during which I shared the sentimental value of the bracelets I wear. He listened attentively and I even gave him one of my bracelets as a token of appreciation. This small gesture truly made my day. I do not frequent this location often, as it is not in my neighborhood. However, I will be sure to visit whenever I have an appointment in the area. Thank you.

I absolutely adore visiting this coffee shop! It's the top spot in Oregon for a great cup of coffee.

Great place for a quick treat or a coffee, as well as they are all super friendly. Just a Great environment over all. Only downside is the crazy cost of some of the drinks and shotty point system.

I just wish that the workers would get the hint if you don't want to talk as not everyone wants to let everyone know their business.
