Don Chuy's Tacos - Salem

L really want to give them four stars, but their is a big caveat. I've tried a variety of tacos and and all of them have been delicious. They also have a great taco Tuesday special. The big let down though is their unreliable hours. On multiple occasions, I have shown up Saturday's around 12pm-1:30pm and they haven't opened yet. Google Maps and their Facebook say they should be open around that time, but I've waited and waited and no one shows up.

Great food! Good portions for the money spent. Highly recommended!!

Best tacos ever! hopefully they will find a new place soon. they are seriously missing.

There is no restaurant in South Salem that rivals the quality of this establishment.
