Domino's Pizza - Salem

This place has always been terrible, and it has been permanently closed since July 11, 2022. Hopefully, Papa John's or Subway will take over the location.

I have to give Domino's Pizza in Salem, WV a perfect 5 stars. Every time we place an order for pizza or anything else, our order is exactly as we expected. The customer service is excellent, the manager is fantastic, and the staff is friendly overall. You truly get what you give; when you treat them well and show them respect, you’ll receive the same in return. Thank you, Salem Domino's Pizza!

When I noticed the "delivered" status, I had to call the restaurant to inquire about my order. I was told that a tree was down and the driver couldn't get to my road, so I needed to pick it up myself. I knew for a fact there was no tree down and confronted them about the driver not being near my location. Then, they informed me that they were preparing to send out four deliveries and I would have to wait until they returned to try and deliver my food. It's now 9:30 PM, and I still haven't heard anything or seen the driver. I will never order from this place again.

I was disconnected by one of the servers after I inquired about my order, which I had been waiting for 45 minutes. I saw on their website that they offered delivery, but when I asked for an update, she informed me that delivery was not an option and then abruptly hung up on me. I've encountered several issues here, and this will be the last time I order from them.

Great pizza and friendly staff! My only complaint is that during our last visit, the Philly steak pizza and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich were both burnt.
