Cozzie's New York Deli - Salem

There is simply no better sandwich in town! I've been going to Cozzie's since it opened its doors. From the great friendly service, clean dinning to the best meats, cheeses, fresh crisp veggies and of course the freshly baked wedges. Don't just believe me. The proof is in the wedge! Folks from as far as Portland say it's the best New York style sandwich your going to find. Give it a try, and I suggest my personal favorite the Dante #13! Welcome to flavor country my friends. I am very picky about where I eat. There are only two placing in Salem I would be wiling to give 5 stars too and Cozzie's is for sure one of them.

Cozzie's is the definition of a deli in every way. With 23 items on the menu, not including the sides or Cannoli there's something for all. The Neighbors(Reuben #5) is an explosive flavor combo of corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss all on a memorable marble rye seasoned beautifully and brought to perfection with a house Russian dressing. Get ther early order everything and you will not be disappointed. I am over half way through the menu and loved it all.

The Pinocchio is hands down one of the best pastrami sandwich's you will ever have! The Cozzie daily soup and mac cheese special's are great too!

I love the sandwich choices and the meats are incredible. If you are lucky enough to try a canoli, you will never want one from any other place! The owners are the most amazing people and the staff is always great.
