Limon Serrano - Salamanca

This place deserves a 6/5! Initially we weren’t sure if this was the best choice it is about a 10 min walk from the historical center and the place isn’t pretentious at all, to the point of going unnoticed. But once inside everything is incredible, starting with impeccable service. Every single dish (from lamb to Jake to perfectly cooked vegetables) had top quality ingredients and presentation. We paired it all with a local wine made from the “rufete” grape recommended by the owner, Óscar delicious! Then came the check… and honestly, they should have charged us more! Less than 30€ per person for a starter, main, dessert and the bottle of wine. If you are looking for an authentic experience off the tourist trail (I have been living in Spain for 20 years so take my word for it), this is the place! Great dinner, full with great flavour. Lovely staff and cozy environment. A wonderful surprise and a place to return. A major plus is that they accept dogs!

A very modern and different that caught me by surprise. Can't go wrong with fusion food they said and after trying in this resturant i think its true. The food was fantastic and plated with a lot of attention and details

Category kitchen. I took my girlfriend to dinner and it was the perfect place, a young and modern place, with individualized treatment and a love for the client out of the ordinary. to start, they served us a lid of the house composed of musse chorizo with peach, aromatic and full of flavor. from the beginning we chose the macerated pepper cake with rice bread and avocado reduction, very fresh, natural and delicious. second we continue with grilled lizard with dried tomato pesto and red gnocchis, perfectly packaged and very well cooked meat. to finish, although personally I have never been very desserts, we ask roasted peache with wine, covered with white chocolate cream and ground coffee. probably the best dessert that served me. If you want to try a traditional rare cuisine where they care about the ingredients you take to the mouth and treat you as something more than a customer, this is an excellent place to discover.
