Berysa - Salamanca

This is located in the very busy Plaza Mayor and looks like a typical Tourist quality restaurant. Despite that we came here anyway as we had just arrived in town and were tired. Anyway very pleasantly surprised at the great quality food (see photos) and of course the location and views from the outdoor seating are excellent. Definitely recommended.

If you enjoy subpar food and drinks and pay 30% extra for the view, go for it. Otherwise look for something less touristic even though your hotel receptionist will tell you otherwise. Service was kinda bad too.

Right on the square Berysa is a prime place to sit and have a drink or nibbles. We spent two hours with wine and two decent tapas plates. Large serves and whilst not the best I have had the food was tasty, fresh and importantly, hot. Chips come with drinks and this is a good place to sit for a pre dinner cocktail.

Tonight we went to dinner to the terrace of the main square of the salamanca. professional waiters. We took an extraordinary vintage salad to share between two was huge sausages with fried eggs to share and some broken eggs. Everything cool and in a lot. We were three but we could have eaten more people. quality and insurmountable environment. In the second we'll see a return.

If it is not very complete, very frequent, and still in this way, it is natural to take a reed or a wine with a puncture: of the facts recently iron and of the few with the typical salamanca pharynate cooked at the moment.
