Alexander's Craft Cocktails Kitchen

After reading great reviews, we decided to get takeout from Alexander's since we couldn't dine in. The food was delicious, and we even tried the fantastic cocktails before leaving! Our experience at Alexander's was absolutely delightful. The weather was finally cool enough for us to dine outside on the top floor of the restaurant, which we had been eager to try for some time. We made a reservation and were seated in the lounge area. The appetizers of Brussel sprouts in Chile lime sauce and Friday cauliflower were exceptional. We also indulged in the double pork chop with blueberries, which was incredibly tender, and the shrimp and grits. The four of us shared the four dishes and found it to be more than enough. We will definitely be returning to Alexander's.

A few of us girls went to this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. It wasn't very crowded, which was nice. We ordered Cream of Mushroom soup, crab cakes, a charcuterie board, and figs with baked brie. There were just three of us, so we shared everything. Two of us also got drinks, which were very good. The food was impressive overall. The atmosphere was okay, but we did have to wait for 30 minutes for our check. It seemed like they forgot about us because they were setting up for a party. I understand they were busy, but they still have customers who may have wanted more drinks or dessert. We eventually had to go to the front to find someone to pay. That was the only issue. Hopefully, next time the service will be smoother. The prices were around $20-30 per person. Overall, we rated the food a 5, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4. We recommend the charcuterie board, which includes a chef's selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments.

We came to Alexander's to celebrate a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! We made a reservation but the restaurant was not too crowded and is housed right next to the bed and breakfast on the creek. We had excellent service from our waiter and he made great recommendations on food and cocktails. I had the shrimp and grits, which were full of flavor and delicious. My husband had the pork chop and it was moist, with an excellent flavor profile, and huge! The cocktails were also top notch, and they had a wide variety to choose from. We didn't wait too long for food and our waiter was very attentive. It's a little pricier, but for a special occasion it was perfect. We will definitely be coming back!
