ラーメン Zhuān Mén Fú Tài Láng

Visited with my family on a Saturday and since it was newly opened, it wasn't crowded. The infection prevention measures were thorough, so we felt safe visiting. I chose the slightly spicy option and also ordered the yuzu salt and rich tonkotsu. The yuzu salt was light and delicious, while the classic tonkotsu was consistently tasty. The level of spiciness was just right, with plenty of umami - we were very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

This time, I ordered the C set meal with rich tonkotsu ramen. The soup of the ramen was delicious, and the fried rice was also tasty. I personally thought it would be better to finish the ramen first before savoring the fried rice on its own. Next time, I would like to try the miso ramen.

I went to the ramen shop in Nishito City that I was most interested in. It was a hit. The pictures are of rich pork bone ramen and super spicy ramen. The taste made me want to try other ramen as well. The half-fried rice was a bit less than a serving for one person. There is grated garlic and garlic soy sauce available. It was so delicious that I wish it was closer to my home. Thank you for the meal.
