I took a tradition from the distributor in Saint Benedict. Not fresh at all, it dates from the day before. I couldn't eat there.

I went through St Gatien on purpose for some pastries. A lemon tart with shortcrust pastry overcooked with lemon juice which has soaked this pastry and lemon too acidic as for the Salam oh no taste very disappointed.

Buying an anti-gaspi Norman pie last Sunday... Absolutely immangeable. Eurgy odour and taste worthy of good food poisoning. Go back to bakery. The person at the counter claims that the boss will contact us. Today, a week later, we are still waiting! This is two lapses enough for a craftsman: Sanitary and professional. Food: 1 Service: 1

Excellent tradition and fine and excellent pastry once again! I would have taken a photo of the Pecan but I already ate it all!
