We were looking for the hot springs, and the restaurant is part of the complex. (there is also a hotel.) the restaurant serves Corsican spears with some specialities of their own, including a duck-gizzard salad that was delicious. the atmosphere is pleasant, although it is a bit strange, sitting on covered chairs, as for a high time, in the middle of nowhere. in warmer months, people can sit on the deck with a view of a stream. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Soothing place, quiet, I think it's a must when you're on vacation around the corner. We ate zucchini with the bush for the elephant time in corsi, but those are by far the best we ate, gutters, delicate. only flat, prices of dishes or salads that are quite exorbitant

Yes, it's beautiful and pleasant. I've been there for a while. However the evolution is unpleasant on several points. 5th to 20 minutes is particularly high. Especially that the manager is not the most kind. In the summer, go to relax and have a supervisor who tells you we have to get out of the bath because it's only a 20m bath a day, I don't think it's great. all the more when there is no big world in the baths. This is not a health argument because for the same temperature at the baracci baths, it is indicated that you can stay 3/4 or more depending on your age so I don't see why it would be different to the caldanes. it is more a summer financial argument to cash with the rotation of tourists in the baths. all the more so since two new baths have been in the last few years, the effect of water is now different and makes less effect than before. logic is not for well-being but only commercial. Indeed, the rate of 10th for 20 minutes after 8pm is not justified because there is no extra cost compared to a bath in the day. This general observation is shared by other people so be careful not to aim that the tourists, the caldanes also turn by winter frequentation. many Corses boycott for these various reasons.
