Restaurant Baguettes de Szechuan

Moderate and modest resfaurant for a sut down meal. Does better for take out or local delivery . Local delivery left to be desired. Either too busy on weekends or not enough delivery people? It's best to call for take out if you are local...and pick up at the counter for your order with a percent discount.

Place: not like the picture .. not a good looking lace, lacks atmosphere and could use true updating Food: tasty pad thai, -even when it looks yellow generous portion, chicken rice is also good, and the chicken with fried spinach was better than expected....Overall ok food. Tea: sharing tea-pots not available but the individual servings... which is not Chinese. service: sometimes they forget about you...sometimes it is prompt...our tea arrived at the end of the meal when it should have been part of it. +overall ok for No Frills and tasty with bring your own wine or take out.

I order from this place few time and eated there one time. And every time I do so, I just keep thinking that this is one of the lowest quality Szechuan restaurant nearby, although it is one of the priciest. Also, every time I order...for takeout, the waiting time is way longer than any other restaurant nearby. In term of quality, it is almost buffet type food. Actually I think there is better buffer than this place. The time we eated there, service was average, same for food. The ambiance is average too, everything look old. In term of price, there is cheaper and better Szechuan restaurant around. I prefer Lian Yuan in Beloeil or Sushi Palace in Boucherville.

Have no idea where that picture comes from. Hahaha. This is a quick, no frills restaurant. Simple cafe atmosphere with plain tables. Lunch specials range from to and includes soup. Quantity is plenty. You won't leave hungry. Food is good and service was...fast and friendly. I would go back again.

For 10 years, we order at home, they have changed the prices of the menus that we have not noticed when we call (I ordered a bowl of spiribs has garlic and the price increased and the format of the bowl is smaller, has not understood anything) it has had an error in my order for a meal (orange of beef and we have received a satay beef that the meal is very different) If you want a service to go somewhere else. It was the last time we ordered here.
