We went to McDonald's there's anan employee named Alexis, when I wasordering they put wrong my order and Isaid can you fix it please and she told me go up front and fix it and I drove to theother window and the nice guy fixed shout out to himour for him, then when she was giving myorder she forgot to give me a spoon for themc flurry and I asked her for a spoon andshe just closed the window and I stayedthere for a minute and she open theWindow and I asked her for the spoon butshe just ignored me

I order a Big Mac and I get chicken nuggets. The manager Angel tells me they can only give a me a credit and not refund my money. How do you mess this up?

Food was fresh and hott. Young lady at register was very kind and welcoming. Only problem was that it felt like I was in Antarctica. Uncomfortably cold in there. And I'm on the bigger side . Think a polar bear would agree, ridiculously cold in there. Took me a while to thaw out after I left.
