We made an order of panettone and pandoro last Saturday (16 December) to make sure the shipment would get to Switzerland in time (it was mentioned on the company’s Instagram site that the orders would arrive before Christmas if made before Monday). We received no updates on the shipping so my son sent an e-mail to the company on Wednesday (in English) to ask about the order. I called the shop on Thursday to inquire, neither of the shop assistants spoke English and very minimum level of French. They offered to call me back in the afternoon and we still haven’t got a response. The UPS shipping information got available on Friday evening and it’s due next Friday (29 December). This way of running a company and level of customer service is truly unacceptable. If they promise that the products would reach the customers (especially just on the other side of the Swiss-Italian border) then make sure it really reach the customer otherwise do not offer Christmas shipping. And not answering to customers nor speaking in any languages aside from Italian is ridiculous on the side of a company offering worldwide shipping and online store. We will definitely not buy anything from the company again.

We purchased myriad boxes of tegole, baci di dama, and assorted candies as gifts for friends back in the United States. Our friends loved them! As one friend wrote, “these r bomb!”

Traditional Panettone Although I am a great fan of artisanal Panettone, this is the first time I have found an austere panettone! This is how I would define this wonderful Traditional Panettone! At the first cut and the first bite it is very compact and the reaction is a little disconcerted (find out)... But just slowly savor the bite and you will discover an incredible world of flavors and aromas! Rich, creamy, delicious candied fruit and raisins!‍ Try it!

Non c'è che dire. Una torta così buona non ho mai mangiato. Ci ha stupito tanto anche la bellezza. Il pasticcere ha accontentato tutte le nostre esigenze. Grazie ancora per aver contribuito in modo molto positivo al nostro matrimonio!
