Hamburger delivered cold, we ask for a new burger. 2 managers check our sayings, one of which clearly shows that it disturbs her. We validate our request. 3 minutes by hand the hamburger comes back or says hot. It was actually just spent at the toaster to heat it superficially (the steak is hot on the outside and cold inside). We're not coming back. The impression of being foolish. Very unpleasant.
