Matsuhisa - Saint-Tropez

The place is amazing, the castle goes straight out of a fairy tale book. The gardens are beautiful and the view left us without a voice. Servers are very professional. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The eggs are amazing. A real little paradise.

What a spectacle: It was the first time I came to this palace, the place is simply spectacular from the entrance to the castle. The setting is magical, the hospitality staff and the valet are very warm and accompany you directly at the gates of the restaurant. I didn't know the principle of before I came, but the dishes came in deferred. Which means you can share the dishes with the members of your table. The dishes for my part were excellent nothing to say. We had the right in the middle of the meal, an animation of retro illuminated drones that I found very original and creative, I had never seen this before. For me, it is a non-faute. I will come back next year without hesitation. It was a good surprise.

Sublime Japanese cuisine in an equally magical place. Service to the top. (I recommend the young Italian waiter speaking an excellent French, and who explains the cuisine of the master Japanese chef, worldly known), the young chef who despite his young age will very well advise you, give him carte blanche. He made me know two French wonders. You understood, we are at the top, and my little finger tells me that a new visit is required before I return on vacation.
