Always out of cookies. Every time I go there. No matter what time of day. They must bake things once and that’s it for the day.

Posting a review here as I was unable to complete the survey. Ever since I moved to Canada, I’ve been a regular at Tim Hortons. Most of their crew members are nice to customers, except for the one I encountered in St. Thomas (at 1204 Talbot Street). It was an unpleasant experience, and one of their crew members, whom I believe is named April, was particularly insulting and rude. We ordered 50 Timbits (which I believe customers can choose multiple flavors for), but my wife accidentally pointed out a donut flavor instead. April became visibly angry and started shaking. And that was not the worst part, I had to go back, since the bag was partially opened, then I overheard she was badmouthing about us to her colleague and certain sarcastic comments. It’s disheartening to see that one person’s behavior can tarnish the reputation of a coffee shop or restaurant.

This place has the most inconsistent hours. Multiple times have come here in the evening only to find out its closed. Its a guessing game to see if they will actually be open. Don't waste your time here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always friendly service, always good portions. Brought back egg bites so us gluten free people have breakfast options now. Just waiting for the oatmeal again. I loved it when they had that. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
